If you send a form, call, or email, we use that information to respond and, if you ask, to connect you with an agent of this firm. We do not sell your contact information. We do not hand it to a lender unless you ask us to.

What we collect

  • Name, email, phone, and any address or message you type on a form.
  • Which page you sent it from (buy, sell, valuation, search, join, contact, or the office chat).
  • Name and email (phone optional) required before Ask the office will chat, plus the messages you type after that.
  • Basic technical data (browser, IP) used to run and protect the site.

How we use it

  • To answer you and match you with an agent or staff member.
  • To follow up on a listing, buy search, valuation, or recruiting conversation you started.
  • To keep records required for a real estate transaction.
  • To drop obvious spam and keep the forms usable.
  • Ask the office is a public desk. It does not read transaction files, contact lists, trust money, or payroll. Name and email are required before chat starts, and we treat that as a website lead.

Texts and calls

If you give us a phone number and ask us to call or text, we will. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records stay as long as needed to help you, then as long as brokerage and tax rules require. File records follow the firm's retention policy.
